TCRC Division 855 Demonstrates Outstanding Community Solidarity Through Annual Fundraiser

The Teamsters Canada Rail Conference proudly recognizes the exceptional work and generosity of TCRC Division 855 in Kamloops, whose annual fundraising initiative continues to set a strong example of union solidarity and community engagement.

Through the collective efforts of members and supporters, Division 855 raised a remarkable $29,591.14 in support of local charities and community organizations. These funds will directly benefit vital services in the Kamloops and surrounding areas, including food security, health care, wildlife conservation, and heritage preservation.

2025 Fundraiser Results:

  • $10,000 – Kamloops Food Bank

  • $3,000 – BC Wildlife Park

  • $2,100 – Kamloops Hospice Association

  • $1,200 – Salmon Arm Second Harvest Food Bank

  • $427 – Kamloops Heritage Railway

  • $12,864 – Christmas Amalgamated Hampers

In addition to supporting these organizations, the fundraiser included prize draws made possible through generous donations, with proceeds further strengthening its impact.
